- Your Phone Number: We collect your personal phone number when you sign in via phone number authentication. Your phone number is verified through an SMS code and stored as part of your account.
- Assigned Phone Number: When you purchase a phone number through our Service, we collect the phone number assigned to you.
- Address Information: For regulatory compliance in certain countries, we may collect your physical address to verify your identity and comply with telecommunications regulations.
- Payment Information: When you make purchases, payment processing is handled by our payment providers (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or RevenueCat). We do not store your full credit card information.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Call Metadata: We collect information about calls made and received, including phone numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call status (completed, missed, etc.). This is necessary to provide the Service and for billing purposes.
- Device Information: We collect device identifiers, operating system version, app version, and device type to provide and improve our Service.
- Location Information: We collect approximate location (country/region) to provide you with relevant phone number options and comply with regional regulations. We do not track precise GPS location.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including features accessed and interactions within the app.
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information including IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
2.3 Call Recordings and Transcriptions
If you enable call recording or transcription features:
- Recordings and transcriptions are stored securely and associated with your account.
- YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording consent in your jurisdiction AND the jurisdiction of the other parties on the call. Many jurisdictions require consent from all parties before recording.
- You can delete recordings and transcriptions at any time through the app.
- We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of recording features.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Provide Services: To operate and maintain the Service, including making and receiving calls, managing your phone numbers, and processing transactions.
- Billing and Payments: To process payments, track usage, and manage your subscription or credit balance.
